If you haven't read it, I would recommend "Influencer" from Vital Smarts. It is a great resource with a practical approach.

At the meeting I hosted this last week, we did a book discussion about the six sources of influence outlined in their book. Six small groups, each focusing on a specific source of influence and how they would use it in their work environment.
