Leadership Advantage

The past week or so was a time of connections. Developing leaders in the agricultural co-op world has been exciting and fulfilling.

This session of the program focused on "mobilizing talent' and pulled together a group of experts who have all have touched my life in a profound way.

Don Jones has been the brains behind designing, developing and delivering the program. Colleen Downham juggled and directed, engaged participants and facilitators while managing resources.

We were joined by Randy Abbott who spoke from the heart on the future of leadership. His message touched each of us deeply. Few people in the audience know Randy, but all sensed the sincerity and truthfulness of his soul.

Joanne Lakomski brought team effectiveness to life for our participants. What a joy to be with her and to see her passion for people shine.

Chis Fischer followed with an engaging dive into coaching for leaders. Like the other leaders, the people in our session connected with Chris as his gifts shined for them.

What was it that made the program so powerful? The desire and appetite for learning intersecting with sincerify and authenticity of each of our team members. We delivered the program, truly caring for each of the participants as unique and marvelous individuals of great dignity and deserving the very best from each of us.
